Application

1.  Minimum age 22.
2. 12-17 Months of verifiable all- weather experience with a Tractor-Trailer.                                                                                      (experience must be 48' and /or 53' trailer)
3. Physically qualified with a current long for DOT physical.
4. NO more than 4 moving violations within previous 3 years.
5. NO reckless/careless driving convictions within 3 years.
6. MUST HAVE a valid CDL from state of residence.
7. NO CDL driving suspensions within the past 3 years. (exception one event of failing to pay ticket timely)
8. NO more than one preventable DOT recordable accident within the past 3 years depending upon review.
9. NO more than 2 minor preventable accidents within the past 3 years.
10. NO DUI/DWI within the past 5 years.
11. NO convictions for possession and/or use of controlled substance.
12. NO convictions EVER for manufacturing and/or distribution of controlled substances or illegal drugs.
13. NO felony convictions.
14. NO prior positive  DOT drug or alcohol test within the past 5 years.
    

 Drivers must be able to provide the following legal documents in order to apply:

• VALID CDL Class A

• Social Security Card

•  Medical Long Form (please provide the complete form, 6 pages)
  

                                                                              Application Instructions

1. Initial every qualification of the first page that you meet.

2. Only sign the bottom of the Employment Verification Page.

3.  Under Company and/or Owner Operator(s) the driver wishes to apply for Global Core Logistics should be listed under each similar section.
   

4. Sign and complete all other pages.

5. List ALL companies that you have worked for in the past 10 years.                                                                                                     (include contact phone and fax number if you have them)

6. Include a clear copy of your Social Security Card and CDL Class A.

7. If you are not a citizen we will need a copy of your Employment Authorization Card.

8. If you have current long form physical dated within the past year include a copy of it.                                                                (we do not accept medical cards)
